 we are facing error while doing a subinventory transfer in one of our organization

 "The transaction has failed. Another process has consumed the required material. Please delete this transaction record, close and re-open the form in order to re-enter the transaction."
my application environment is 11.5.9
 really appreciate for help

You can avoid this error by keeping positive on hand quantity at the organization level and setting yes option for allow negative inventory balances.
