1. Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6 (this is the "$FMW_HOME") 
   
2. Oracle WebTier Utilities 11.1.1.6
   
3. Oracle Common Home (Part of Oracle WebTier Utilities 11.1.1.6)
   

The Oracle WebTier Utilities and the Oracle Common Home may be upgraded by EBS sysadmins to get the latest updates for security, performance, and stability.  These updates are optional for EBS users.If you'd like to upgrade these two components, you can download the latest update here: 

• Oracle WebTier Utilities 11gR1 Release 11.1.1.7 (11gR1 Patchset 6) (OTN Downloads)
