E-Business Suite Support Timelines - admin - 10-20-2010 Within Oracle’s Application Strategy is Applications Unlimited, which was introduced over two years ago. Applications Unlimited is part of Oracle’s overall Application Strategy by committing to continue developing existing product lines, providing continuous value to our customers. As part of Applications Unlimited, we started with Release 12 and delivered the Global Business Release in early 2007. Release 12 really establishes a global foundation for the future. Release 12.1 is proof of our commitment to continue delivering value to E-Business Suite customers. 12.1 builds on the global foundation established in Release 12, and focuses on bringing innovation across E-Business Suite solutions and lowering the overall cost of our customer’s ownership experience. Support for Prior Releases Premier Support for 11i10 will expire November 2010 Extended Support for 11i10 will be offered through November 2013 The fee for the first year of Extended Support for 11i10, December 2010 – November 2011, has been waived Indefinite Sustaining Support is available to all customers who chose not to purchase the second or third year of Extended Support |
