Hello
I am sort of new to EBS after 3 years of working on 6i and 10g, I wanted to know some real business cases that you guys documented or met and how you solved it. I am sorry if there is a similar subject somewhere else hope you redirect me. Subjects I am really interested in are workflows and AME and personalziation and of course BI publisher.

First of all you have to understand structure of Oracle eBusiness suite with respect to workflows, AME and personalization. How it is being used as standard features. Once you will get this info other business scenarios will be straight forward as those will be part of any implementation and you will be able to work on. You can refer standard Oracle documentation or if you have any specific question, post here.
