Hi friends,
This is Thangaraj from Bangalore. i am working in oracle ERP in manufacture company. i'm fresher this field. i completed B.TECH IT so i know basic sql managing oracle erp software. i want to grow this field .plz any one guide me what are skills need to develop myself .
