Once you get past this in your mind and have decided, your training choices become much clearer, what to do and how to do. you can also checkout Oracle University's page on Oracle.com for certification guidelines. Look at the syllabus or outline and the available training. i have started my career as a Functional Consultant and I am familiar with the end user practice of AP, CM, Pur and Inv modules but I am in difficulty while understanding Setup level or configuration level things such as Approval group(Pur module), Document sequencing etc.. i had overcome these topics... but I will be thankful to u if u send me some easy guides/manuals of setup level or config level items.
