Payroll Archiver Process Error

Hi
I am getting the following Error when I run the Payroll Archiver Process. The steps that I have followed are as follows:
Ran a Quick Pay for one employee (Successful)
Ran the Pre-Payments (Success)
Ran the Payroll Archiver (Error)
This is what I get in Log file:

Just to update, we have logged SR to Oracle Support, still in progress.
